House of rising Sun

Housing is beleived to be a millenial dream, ours seems to go further away rather than coming closer. But we're strong dreamcatchers, so it won't be long till we 're nesting in a sweet family place of our own.
Till than, my retire plan dream house is ready. It is special, because it is so cozy, calm and exhaling. Murmuring breeze is calling for us, while palpitating food aromas are pulsing within the air.

Rescure your Karma

We all know that great team is a team with some common grounds and interests. Our family is known for living mutually in a rescure spirit. I vow for life so it's  pretty hard on me to deal with the end of it.  That's why we like to handle surviving plants.
Let us introduce you to our last addition  - maple tree. It was apealing to us in the market, we just could not pass by. So shy and dry, we had to have it.
With a neverending dream of owning a home in the future, we already bought our first tree. I think it's a solid message to the Universe that we are ready to ground ourselves and be responsable proprietors of some breathing goods as well.
And right now I do really mean plants and trees.
Hopefully, it'll winter its roots in the garden, if not so - I am mastering some knowledge about winter hibernation on the balcony. I even might knit  spme pot covers to warm up our little guest.
Oh.. I do see those beautiful pictures of our groing Maple monster from 50 cm to some huge meters. Be sure I'll share them here if you're around:)

Step by Step to an epic finish!

It's time to get my Tucan done. And step by step I am making this dream coming true.
I consider it to be a big opera of mine, 'cause it lasted a whole bunch of years, but just because I always got disturbed by other events and the present for'em.
I feel so happy with each stitch at this work. So close to the finish point and it's for myself. It ain't gonna be a present.
My kitchen walls will be decorated with it!
One step closer with each week:)

Florist aspirations

Every live form need attention and I'm a little said that I don't have as much time and energy as before for my flora hommies.
I love to touch them, to clean and wipe them, to water spray and just simply admire each color of their beauty. It so refreshing seeing new blossoms around you nevermindind your mood, ouside weather and air.
They say there are three thing you can watch all over again. I would add one more - home flowers. Differrent each day, aspire to amaze you with every of their leaf and flower.
Just breath and enjoy this mesmerizing view.

Uncensored responsibilies

Being over controlling person leads to extra resposibility in my mind. That's why, having a dog, which wasn't my decision at all, was a challenge for me.
I accepted it and of course, it's a Soul we're talking about, with all it's characters and good'en'bad moods. And as long as it's in my life, it will be at my best terms.
For sure, I suppose I might be tough and serios in education, but sometimes it got me nervous and out of my confort zone. With time, I found my path and my way of treating the situation and now I even enjoy to go out and educate our little princess.
Being a little over this situation, I feel so afraid when I hear some of people taking dogs just for show of, beauty and all other wrong reasons.
For real, so many irresponsable pet owners and so many cuties to suffer.
Please be aware of your choises and own the responsibilities.

Catching the Sun bathing

This Summer is weird in temperature. Where's the hotness of the air? Anyone?
So, each Sunny second we try to get on bike and go biking with Isla. Still have to do some more catches of Isla running by my hub's bike.
Oh, by the way, she was named after Isla Fisher, that's why I no longer spell her as Ayla:)
This being said, we found some small ponds near our place and checked them out last weekend. As long as no drunkers are around it's pretty cute, but it's a small area for Sunbathing and too many people knowing of it. Hopefully, next time we'll get more intelligent people hanging around.

Baby blanket - Patchwork - first try!

I have that desire for so long, but never with the motive. Now I've got a godson and time limit, so I had to deal with it. It seemed to be the perfect present.
I took a friend for fabric shopping and I think it was the craziest shopping ever. We debated for 2 hours over the selected colors, main theme and prints. I would call this the hardest part of all. So many ideas, and just one blanket!:))
My hubs did all the calculations with the measurements I've given him. I had a few days for cutting the pieces. And here I understood that 10*10 cm is too small and my next work will be out of bigger squares.
I never new how much time it will take to get it all sewed, but one full day was enough. We puzzled with the squares at the begenning, took pictures (to know which one goes where) and I started sewing.
It was a funny tiresome work full of pleasure. Of course I have commited a mistake, but it looks even funnier this way:)
I love the result and the idea that it's so unique.
