House of rising Sun

Housing is beleived to be a millenial dream, ours seems to go further away rather than coming closer. But we're strong dreamcatchers, so it won't be long till we 're nesting in a sweet family place of our own.
Till than, my retire plan dream house is ready. It is special, because it is so cozy, calm and exhaling. Murmuring breeze is calling for us, while palpitating food aromas are pulsing within the air.

Rescure your Karma

We all know that great team is a team with some common grounds and interests. Our family is known for living mutually in a rescure spirit. I vow for life so it's  pretty hard on me to deal with the end of it.  That's why we like to handle surviving plants.
Let us introduce you to our last addition  - maple tree. It was apealing to us in the market, we just could not pass by. So shy and dry, we had to have it.
With a neverending dream of owning a home in the future, we already bought our first tree. I think it's a solid message to the Universe that we are ready to ground ourselves and be responsable proprietors of some breathing goods as well.
And right now I do really mean plants and trees.
Hopefully, it'll winter its roots in the garden, if not so - I am mastering some knowledge about winter hibernation on the balcony. I even might knit  spme pot covers to warm up our little guest.
Oh.. I do see those beautiful pictures of our groing Maple monster from 50 cm to some huge meters. Be sure I'll share them here if you're around:)

Family Dinner

It was so interesting to observe that the picture with my hub's dinner got more likes on Insta than mine!
At the beginning of our common live it was an issue of ours to be the one who's cooking. But the time passed, we got more and more in love ( smarter actually), I got less free time at home and know the Chief Chef of our dinners is My Love. And so be it.
I might sometimes have a comeback flash, but it 's just for one dish. Just for my cooking skill's sake:)
To my excuse, I do know how to appreciate well a good meal:)

Sir Lancelot's dress

- In a long red waistcoat who used to come among the fashion with dogs on several strings, and try to sell one to his mother : King Charles spaniels, Italian greyhounds, afiecrionate to hei crinoline — you never saw them now.
- There were his pet bronzes — a Cleopatra with the asp at her breast; a Socrates ; a greyhound playing with her puppy ; a strong man reining in some horses.

  I was very surprised to find that italian greyhounds were mentioned in Galsworthy's The Forsyte Saga. I mean, wow, that is so colossal, now, that we have one. It will also be encouraging to find a book, where ridgbacks are mentioned, but that will be another story for some other day.
  Althought our Sir Lancelot is destined to be brought up as a ferocious male, he is so affectionate, sociable and good-natured that of course  as a rigorous knitter I decided to warm him up.
  As a rule, I don't use any pattern and do it just as it goes. And it works. This time I triple-threaded the vest, so it's a bit heavy for him at the moment and he feels unstable in it, but my boy will get on with it as soon as cold days will hit him.
Lancelot even was so  merciful, that he agreed to pose for a few seconds while I was trying to picture my work and before the camera died because of the battery.

Creative sale shopping

Living in a big city makes you run on a constant bases. I really enjoy it, because I get to do a million things and hobbies on my runs.
On the other side, it quite personalized my style and way of handling things. For ex, I don't have time for a planned quality shopping, that's why my running tracks are mostly on the same path, and whenever a sale gets in my view spot, I run into it.
I love sale, because it's a way of getting a good priced item that you'll most likely will transform and won't be sorry in case you fail.
Thus I keep my creative hobbies on fire and it's a great boost of energy, when you pick up smth and already know what you want to make out of it.
I avoid to consider myself a trendy person, or the one who handles well the style. I am all about comfort. So here is my point for this blog post, of course I get mostly dresses that are too short for my taste and sometimes for my legs as well.
I have a few cool refreshed dresses that I need to picture on a Sunny day, but also I have a few ones, that I don't seem to wish to update.
Here comes my new obession. Long sleeveless vest. One is on a knitting project in a moment and if all comes admirable. I'll go on with some of my further ideas with crocket vests.
In case you wonder, I took some inspiration from pinterest. But the main treasured ideas came from WAGS LA. I just followed some curvy chicks that know how to shape themselves miraculously in a fabric.

Cafe del Mar!

New beginnings!
Although I'm deeply in Forsyte Saga and vest knitting, cross stitch is always on my mind. I do try not to start a lot of projects at once. But those hands are so triggered by those eyes.
Hope to finalize at least some of my works and get some nice pictures, now that I'm on some strong gear.

New World's wines are a descovery for me.I am so patrioticly wine educated and orientated, that it makes my mind to question my senses whenever there's new soul grapes on the table.
Straw freshness in color, and an avangard of black currant leaf in taste.Tropical fruits, slightly lemonish, folowed by a sowerness in post taste. Vivid acidity that accommodates you after few sips.

Dress to impress!

Enjoyed pretty much this incredible story. I longed for an impressive movie and was satisfied till the very toes of mine.
Got a feeling it has same energy as Malena. Just a bit more unpleased with the love story.
I am an incurable seaker of happy endings in love and in my mind the final is the one I picture.

Care of giving

The best energy giver is a thankfull soul. That's why I love giving presents, especially to nice people who are not aware of it.
This work took me a little time, but it was a tiny speacial beauty I adored to work at.
Framing is in a boy  style, so I am sure it'll fit perfectly a sweet noursery.

Los Criollas Colchagua Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2014

New week, reds are having good wins in a row, and red wine is anprehensive within the circumstances.

Let's see what can we find about los Criollas on the internet:

Simple, well-balanced taste of the wine shows a light astringency that does not distract from the soft fruit and spicy tones. Sweetish aftertaste enveloping warmth and leaves a feeling of harmony.
Aroma The first to appear in the wine aroma notes of earth, which then join the shades of colors, cherry, black currant and sweet spice.
Gastronomy The wine will pair to aged cheeses, red meat and chocolate.

Above all, I do miss intensity and rawness of our native wines. At the beginning of my great departure, everything tasted plane and still, but now let's say I redefined my taste senses. I am greatly used to a good impact of the tannis during a wine tasting, but now, I feel it mostly in the aftertaste. 

Unfortunately, I did not resumed my review exactly after the tasting occured and no notes were taken (need to improve that), so that all first impression mainly are lost. But, a few days ago I agreed on a last drop of this red liquid, and believe me, sometimes a good long breath makes miracles. I was devastated with a great note of fresh red strawberries. Imagine my pleasant shock.

Above all, a middle class wine with all right angles, still young (or I am used to some more bodiness), vivid ruby color, that will beautify the spirit in time with some brick-note affinities. 

I vow for some more sparkles in my imagination while tasting it, but that's can be more of a whim.

Liverpool tops the deadpool)))

Apparently, Liverpool wins when I'm sleeping.If a watch the game, no win occures.So, about the epic match of yesterday with Borussia, after zero to two in the first half, our hopes were all in prayers. And BOOM, it's 2-3, Liverpool is losing, and my hubs goes "Aren't you sleeping yet?". I was about going to, luckily, there was a little time left, and in a bit I was awaken by the happy man cheering 4-3 for Liverpoolfc).
But I do wish to see them live, so we've decided whenever we'll be at Аnfield, it must be an amical game.

Panilonco Cabernet Sauvignon

  Having resumed my wine supplies from home, my hubby is the one who's in charge to keep my glass full and my heart in love. And follow my thoughts, why not to share with some of my impressions about middle class  affordable wine.

Yesterday's evening was a sip of Panilonco Cabernet Sauvignon from Chile 2014.
That's what I found on the web:

 Panilonco Cabernet Sauvignon is a great representation of the wine upon which Chile's wine industry hangs its hat. Its deep red hue reveals ripe red berries, blackberries, plums and black pepper on the palate. The mouth feel is full and supple, with velvety tannins and a long, round aftertaste. It's a big wine at the very small price of$4.99* a bottle. If you've been bemoaning the dearth of affordable, available California Cabernets, Panilonco Cabernet Sauvignon is a must-try.

I'd like to point out that descovering the New World Wine is enchanting. It's like a new toy in your childhood. All new, smells good and makes you smile:)

So, as of this Cabernet Sauvignon, it's still young. It's all gorge, but I do consider its best value still to come.
The color as my previous night was young. Of course all that creamy structure, black currant tones are all at their fair places, tannins are the ones who close the first impression, and  a vivid bitterness reopens the pleasure in an after tone.

But wait, we have tonight and a little more time to breathe for this liquid of God.

My hobbies transfigured into a way of life and I am so blessed to have enough knowledge to somehow make something nice out of it.
That being said, I vowed for a better cause. it's just an idea that will make my hobby usefull not only to me but to some others as well.
So, stay close, watch me out and send some positive vibes and I'll be the one to bring some smiles to a few of  sweet faces.

Amigurumi bunny

My sweet Orangina is done!
Started as a cute Amigurumi bunny and came up as a Big Stuffed Rabbit. I become to like Amigurumi toys. Let's finish my table cloth and then go back to some toys for some sweet children.
Peacefull weekend with a lovely husband and a sweet pet family around is all I need to have a creative time.

Unconditional hobbies

Doing smth by the will of someone, or restricted by rules, time or conditions may not ever work for me. I believe I do what I want and whenever I want. But, I enstrusted myself with the idea of ending things before starting another ones.
That's why I'm working on my rabbit-doll now without making myself busy with some other guddies.
And in the process of making it look good not only in person, but to document the process as well, I do it step by step.
Proudly, I have all pices done, just need to catch some daylight at home in order to make some pretty pictures for you.
And yesterday, in a conversation with a friend of mine, we finalized the idea of the eyes for my knitted toy. Of course www.pinterest.com is the best with everything, specially in the DYI. My choise was on these ones.
But aside my handmade hobby, I have another beauties to work on. And this are my flowers. Yesterday, a thought crossed my mind, flowers do need a lot of time and your energy, as everything else you do for pleasure.
But it all pais in the end.
Go give some love and water to your flowers and have a nice day full of colors!

I have a feeling!

I have a feeling that every and each year that comes, will be more important. Because it's ahead of us, it's with the new beginnings and new dreams to achive.
And of course I have a resolution, believe or not, just one - To be happy will all of my successes. Because life's going by so fast that sometimes we forget to enjoy how great it is.
And on that great note - check this out! My TUCAN is over. Like really "in frame over"!!!
Please don't ask me how long it took, how was the work-process and etc. I have so many memories and feeling attached to it, that I've just decided to enjoy it.

Sure, my hands are on smth new. Have gone so far already.

Tucan strands

I am almost there. It took a while, but when *You have a dream* it all comes along.
It's an unique work, with the pattern taken from Internet, threads from all over the place and a whole bunch of years of waiting to be done.
I am almost in vision of the final result. I have the framing in my mind already and my hands are cherishing each second to make a cross stitch. And believe me, it's getting even easier to work on it, when you know that the end is near.
I am almost excited, but still have a few rows to get rid of this *almost*!

Step by Step to an epic finish!

It's time to get my Tucan done. And step by step I am making this dream coming true.
I consider it to be a big opera of mine, 'cause it lasted a whole bunch of years, but just because I always got disturbed by other events and the present for'em.
I feel so happy with each stitch at this work. So close to the finish point and it's for myself. It ain't gonna be a present.
My kitchen walls will be decorated with it!
One step closer with each week:)

Yoga blast!

Yesterday Yoga was a blast and a blessing. This is the a real demonstration of the Universe power over our wishes.
I believe I'm a champion at personal yoga training just because I show up at my classes all the time, dead, alive or whatever while others don't. So the reward for this is that I seldom get a tete-a-tete training. People, that's so cool:))
My back was in pain since last class, another one was cancelled so I went with this pain through the weekend. And BOOM! Yesterday was a new Asana set with all the stretching I adore, and even the splits are back in the game!!
That's all I've been dreaming about.
Yoga is the answer for everything I sometimes need:)
